Scientists have long assumed that coffee is beneficial to our health. It helps our heart function normally and now scientists trust that we should always drink four shots of espresso per day or cups of coffee holding equal amounts of caffeine.
This concept was suggested by a gaggle of German researchers who found that coffee affects the cells in our blood vessels, making them achieve as if they were younger than they are. Older adults can enjoy the stimulus that coffee delivers to their cells.
The results of two major studies of coffee drinkers, one administered within the US by the National Institutes of Health studied quite 400,000 people and thus the opposite conducted in Europe studied 521,330 people. Both found that folk who drink coffee are less likely to die from heart conditions. This particular discovery debunks the old myth that folk with heart problems shouldn’t drink coffee.
Coffee drinkers have a less risk of cirrhosis of the liver, a lower risk of developing some cancers, a lower risk of emerging Alzheimer’s disease, and are less likely to suffer from depression than folks that don’t drink the brew.
But what if you are doing not rather like the taste of coffee? Tea may well be the answer to the current question because it contains similar amounts of caffeine.
A word of cautionary though before you overdo your intake of caffeine. An excessive amount of caffeine can make your heartbeat quicker, and cause other health problems. Different people have different responses to caffeine.
One person might easily be able to drink four or five cups of coffee on a daily basis, while another person might suffer contrary effects. Scientists have also said that as caffeine is usually chargeable for making blood vessels grow, this may have the effect of giving more oxygen to boost cancerous tumours. So if you’ve got been diagnosed with cancer, stand back from coffee.
Cardiologists say that coffee may (it hasn’t yet been proven) reduce arrhythmias in people who have irregular heartbeats. Coffee isn’t the answer, in itself, to living an extended life. Everyone should exercise regularly and eat healthy food. Avoid additives and preservatives also as food that has been sprayed with herbicides and pesticides. Eat organic produce, albeit it’s costlier, if you'd wish to enhance your chances of living to a ripe adulthood.
